Subject and goals. The paper analyzes the effectiveness and expediency of law-making work using mathematical methods. The main attention is paid to the need to take into account the goal setting of all participants in legal relations as agents of a multiagent system.
Methods. The construction of a multi-agent system, which is studied by the methods of game theory, is considered. Various options for the interaction of participants in legal relations are considered.
Results and conclusions. Decentralized and centralized multi-agent systems, options for converting one system to another are considered. Variants of the behavior of participants in the system are formulated and sets strategies of players are highlighted. Functions winnings of players are built and the possibility of cooperation is considered. An exception to the consideration of dominant strategies is substantiated.
